Shipping and Delivery.
Rulee is practice-management software that you use online at app.rulee.in. It is a product of Bookify Global Services LLP. There is nothing physical to ship: what you buy is access to the software, and it is delivered to your account online.
When access starts
- Free plan and free trial: the moment you sign up. Your firm is ready at app.rulee.in, and a welcome email goes to the address you signed up with.
- Monthly or annual subscription: as soon as the payment is confirmed by Razorpay, usually within a few minutes. The tax invoice is emailed to you.
- Founding membership: within a few minutes of payment, on the Rulee account that uses the email you paid with. If you pay before creating an account, it applies when you start your firm with that email.
If anything you paid for has not started within 24 hours, write to support@rulee.in and we will put it right.
Shipping charges
None. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping or delivery charges, and no address is needed for delivery.
Exchanges and plan changes
There are no goods to exchange. You can move to another plan at any time from Settings → Subscription in the app. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
